Can not see article lists in Knowledge base "Browse Tab" from connecting computers

Hello,
I am an administrator of Sugar CRM website. while connecting to Knowledge Base>Browse Tabe, when I click on one tag to see the articles inside from other computers in network, I get the following javascript error:

but there is no problem in connecting via my own PC which the crm is installed on.

I granted full permissions to sugar_grp1_yui.js for lots of users (even everyone) but not solved.
please note that CRM is installed on a PC computer with XP operating system. I check the same issue on a laptop but the same result.

is there anyone who can help me?

you should change the "site_url" parameter in config.php file to the url which people are connecting.
