I have setup roles in such a way that only owners can view/edit accounts. When I assign an owner to an account, the user is able to see the account details, but not being able to see the contacts. If I were to assign owners to contacts, it would take for ever for me to do so? Right? please suggest an alternative.
Also, I would assume that the activities on that account, history on that account is shown to this new user. One of the reasons, I want this to happen is, we transfer accounts from one inside-sales rep to the other.
Any help on this would solve a great problem for us.
