Can two or more persons modify the CRM at same time?

Hello,

Is it possible that two or more persons work modifying and editing the CRM like administrators at the same time?

I guess if they dont edit the same module it will be possible, isnt it?

What´s the recommended way to do that?. Is there any way to manage all changes made to the CRM?

Two admins at the same time isn't a good idea. The later changes will win. So if they edit the same screen in studio it might well be that one overwrites the changes of the other (although a history is kept). I wonder why you would do that.
Managing changes are best done on three systems - development, staging, production (but this is not unique to Sugar). Module builder changes can be easily exported and then loaded via the Module Loader, studio customizations can also be exported to an extent. By playing with your three intances (not necessarily physical servers) cleverly you may achieve what you want without endangering your production instance.
