Can you not allow multiple logins with same user name

Is there a way that you can limit the number of machines that a username can be logged in at once? For example....I don't want one of my offices to be using one login for everyone. I would like to be able to either not allow it or do what Yahoo IM does......they log you out at home (as and example) and you can login at work.

Not using native functionality .. although I have no doubt that you could write some custom code to do this
