Cannot Change Line Item Labels in Quotes Module

I cannot find where to change the labels for the Line Item section of the Quotes module. Studio only allows you to change the top portion of the Quote Detail view. I would like to change the labels for Mft Num, Cost, List and Unit Price, as well as, hide or eliminate Tax Class.

I am using Sugar Pro 5.2.0h, but plan on upgrading to 6.0 shortly
Apache/2.2.11 (Ubuntu) PHP/5.2.6-3ubuntu4.2 with Suhosin-Patch
MySQL client version: 5.0.75
