Cannot click through Contact Lists

Hello,

I manually entered data for contact lists, (creating entries via sql) according to prospect_lists_prospects structure (id, prospect_list_id, related_id, related_type, date_modified, deleted) and the related data. This works quite fine, but when I want to scroll through the contact list (next, back button in the header of one subpanel) I cannot view all - to say Having 320 Entries first page is like (1-20 of 21+), clicking next I have (21-40 of 41+), then finally leading to (41-60 of 60) entries. (I run 4.5.1d currently, but had the same problem with 5.0.0)

I checked up the entiry database, if I had to enter additional data, but didn't found a hint.

I am not sure I completely understand your problem, but if you mean that you are wanting to view all the records in one list versus 20 at a time, you can adjust the number of records on that list via a system setting.

Login as admin, click Admin and then System Settings. Change the setting "Listview items per page:" accordingly.

Note that it is generally not a good idea to make that list too large as it could cause you performance issues.

thanks for your reply, but that is not what I have been looking for.

If I have a (example) contact list, with say 399 entries in total, and 320 entries on the subpanel Contacts when the site is freshly loaded 20 entries are shown. Normally one should be able to scroll through the list by using the "Next", "Back", "First" and "End" buttons at the header of the subpanels available if a view a contact list (or prospect list resp.). In my case I can go to the third page (showing entries 41-60 of the list) but than I cannot go on to the next page. (which should show entries 61-80).

OK, I have a better understanding now.

Try clicking the "Clear" button above the list view and see if that changes the behavior.

Hi, this wasn't quite the List view I mean. Maybe my wording was a little bit misleading, the problem is within a DetailView of a Target List <HOST>/crm/index.php?action=DetailView&module=ProspectLists&r ecord=<#ID>.

Nevertheless clicking "Clear" has not solved the problem
