    Greetings community,

    I'm sure this is similar to many other help requests, but it isn't enough like any others to get me the help I need.

    I'm using Sugar 5.2, Community Edition. I have Exchange 2003 server. All workstations are on Wiindows (XP or 7). Using a Windows 2003 AD.

    Here's my scenario: I have a group of 10 users who are being migrated onto Sugar. They will need to use the email module. So, I decided to make it easy (since all 10 users are in a different state) and just set the email accounts up for each of them. So far I'm 9 out of 10.

    On that one remaining account, no matter what I do, I get the 'Login or Password Incorrect' error. That being said, I have tested both Login and Password on web-mail, and they work perfectly. I'm setting up this one user just like the other 9, but this is the only one failing.

    Not looking for any advanced features or capabilities here, just trying to configure this one user for IMAP email to our Exchange server.

    Steps I've tried:

    I have tried just the username, as well as DOMAIN\username. No luck.
    I have tried the password provided, as well as changed the password myself and tried that. No luck.

    I have tried both IMAP and POP settings. Both result in the same 'Login or Password Incorrect' error.

    Any ideas out there that might be able to get me home? I already have 20 or so other users configured to use email, but this one just isn't working. Am I missing something?

    Hi,

    I hope you solved this problem by this time, but I here is my guess:

    Try changing the users password to one of the previous 9 users just for a test. Maybe the password string is causing the problem.

    If you already solved the problem, I'll be glad to hear it.
