Cannot Create Calls

Hello all,

Sugar Edition: CE
Sugar Version 5.2.0k
Broswer: Chrome, Safari, Firefox
OS: Win 7, Mac, Win Vista


I believe this is a similar issue to my other thread - "invalid value: Probability"

When creating a call I get the message "Invalind value Duration" for both hours and minutes. It was working fine yesterday, the only change to the instance is installing Zucker Reports 1.12 - whicch is installed on another instance of sugar on the same server.

So far to try resolve I have Un installed Zucker Reports, done a quick repair rebuild on that the calls module AND again on all modules. As well as removing the field then re adding in the studio.

So far nothing has worked!! Please help as I am at my wits end!!

Please, zip the content of folder custom/modules/Calls and cache/modules/Calls/Callvardefs.php.

Thank you so much for your speedy reply! Attached is the files you requested.

As I say there was also a similar problem with this instance in the Opportunity field with it not accepting a predefined (drop down) probability field, I'm hoping the fix will be the same, but I have NO IDEA how!!
