Cannot create custom dropdown

Hi, I'm trying to create a custom dropdown via the dropdown editor in studio but I always receive en error message :"Failed to create new dropdown type: dropdown name."

I don't know if this error is linked but also, in field layout there is an error in red:"Warning: modules/Accounts/DetailView.html is not writeable. Please make sure it is writeable before continuing"

Anyone can help me?

What were the steps that you used to create the dropdown? admin->studio->edit dropdown->create dropdown Then filled the dropdown name and put some values inside of it, and only afterwards pressed save?
Maybe yu have permission problems if you are using linux try to do something like:

chown -R www-data:www-date * in your sugar base dir(note that www-data is the apache user and group names)
