Cannot download Documents "Not a valid entry point" error

In documents, when users try to open uploaded documents, they are given an error of "Not a Vaild Entry Point" I did a search and this is happening for people accessing sugar via SOAP. Could someone suggest what is wrong?

Fixed. File had been erased. No cause for alarm.
