Cannot download txt files

Hello. I'm new to SugarCRM.
I'm trying to install and test the modules from SugarForge but have trouble downloading .txt files. I get server permission error with those, but works just fine with .zip files.
I don't know where to report this and if it's a known issue.

I've been getting this error to and have heard the same from many others.

Apparently SugarForge was moved to a new server last week and there have been intermittent issues like this. We just worked with susiewilliams to get similar issues resolved with the "CRM Upgrades: SugarMaps" modules. Try contacting her directly to get this resolved.

This has been fixed and now every txt files are shown correctly.
