Very simple question: how do you keep track of minutes of a meeting with a contact?
I tried to add a note, and in the note I would write the minutes of my meeting with the contact.
But how do I keep track of the meeting date? Unfortunately the event appears in the History list with "Date modified", so if I edit the meeting minutes a week later, the date will be changed to the latter date. It is very difficult to keep track of the history. I know that it is the 1st purpose of a CRM, so there must be a way, right?
