Cannot edit listview of accounts with custom fields

I have added several custom fields to the accounts module, and recently I noticed that it will not allow me to modify which fields display, and which fields are placed in what order.

I have not tried deleting the fields, but I have tried removing fields from the layout, and that did not in any way change the appearance of the list view for accounts. Its actually showing fields that I have specified to be hidden using the module builder -> modify list view.

Any help is greatly appriciated.

Hi Shann

Is your SugarCRM system installed under Linux or Windows?
If it is under Linux make sure the SugarCRM folder belongs to the apache user recursively.
