Cannot get to email client after 5.0b update

Prior to doing the update to 5.0b I could send emails without an issue. After wards, when I go to the email tab, I don't see anything except the tabs and the 'Shortcuts'. I have run all of the repairs but this made no difference. I also restarted Apache and MySQL, but also with no affect.
Was there a change made in 5.0b that I can look at to see why this is happening?

I'm going to start thinking you guys don't like me. I can't seem to get anyone to answer my posts unless someone else joins in.
I am VERY willing to help out and I don't necessarily need the end solution but PLEASE, can someone tell me where to look for what would stop the email client showing? When I click on the 'Email' tab, what fires to make the client appear? This was working great before I did the 5.0b upgrade but now I can't see it on any computer. I f someone can point me in the right direction (e.g. which file to look in) then I can do the leg work on this.
