Hi I have downloaded the WAMP setup of SugarCRM, and cannot get the notifications working...

I have tried with a non group user and a group user, both have notify checked in the edit user page, with Valid email address.

However when I assign a case to either user... Nothing, not even a peep...

Is there something I am missing?

I have not changed the configuration from the Default.

Any help would be appreciated.
