When I use sugar(community edition) as my email client to check my email(yahoo business email), I found it cannot import the email into sugar. It is able to get and read emails in the sever but unable to import them. The error message is as follows: "Message No 1, Status: Import Failed because either the message is already imported or deleted from server". However, I am sure both situation do not happen. I would want to know is here any solutions. Thanks.
