Cannot import notes - Sugar 5.1

Trying to import notes i get this error:

Import Errors Occurred

I upgraded from 5.0.0 if that's any help!

My system is:

Apache 2
CentOS 5.2
PHP 5.16
MYSQL 5

This may seem obvious but it seems this variable isn't being passed properly (hence the table name missing in the sql)

{vardef['table']}

I have tried a new install of just 5.1 instead of the upgrade and it is the same problem.

Should i be posting this into a bug tracker as well as the forum?
