Cannot insert trackers in email template

Hi everybody,

I try to use sugarcrm 5.2.d (the server is a MAC OS X with Apache 2.0, php 5.2.6 and Mysql 5.0.41) to set-up an email campaign for my company but I'm facing some issues with the trackers. Let me explain:

I setup an email campaign and enable 2 trackers, one for opt-out and for to a link on my website. I designed an email template to be used by the campaign but I'm not able to insert the tracker links in the template. I don't have any field or button to insert the tracker info into the email.
Doesn't anyone have an idea?

If I remember correctly you need to create your tracker links first and then assign/create the template. We ran into this problem when we created campaign plus marketing message and template and then created the links. So we had to delete the marketing message and after we created a new one it worked.

I create a new email within the campaign wizard (so after setting up le trackers in the campaign) and magically the field appear in the email creation window.
So now I can move on and try to send the email to my test list.
