    Angry Cannot remove ZuckerReports before Update to 5.1

    I am unable to get zucker report uninstalled.

    I want to upgrade to version Sugar 5.1
    But i cannot get zucker to uninstall.

    The Uninstall hangs at 94% and then when i goto back to the home page it say that invalid AND statement.

    Also no sub-panels will show up either. i have to do a complete restore from my last backup in order to get everything to work.


    Also when i try to do the Update to Sugar version 5.1 After i click Commit it goes through the process and then i get a white screen with just the header and side bar. And the system does not update.

    What can i do??

    Try a disable module instead of uninstall and see what happens.

    I had the same issue - in the end I just installed the new version of Zucker over the old one

    I am having a similar problem. In SugarCRM 5.0.0f CE, when I uninstall ZuckerReports, it says that it was successfully uninstalled but now I get the following message on the top of every screen:

    "Notice: Undefined index: ZuckerReports in /var/www/html/sugarcrm/themes/Sugar/header.php on line 572".

    Any idea what this Notice means? How do you get rid of it?

    I next upgraded SugarCRM CE to 5.0.0g. When i tried to reinstall ZuckerReports (1.6g, 1.7, and 1.10), I get the following message:

    "The uploaded file is not compatible with this flavor (Community Edition, Professional, or Enterprise) of Sugar: CE".

    What is the correct version of ZuckerReports for SugarCRM 5.0.0gCE?

    Default What Version of ZuckerReports works with SugarCRM CE 5.0.0h?

    What version of ZuckerReports CE works with SucarCRM CE 5.0h? I tried installing Zucker ReportsCE 1.10 module.zip and I got a message saying that it was not compatible with the version on SugarCRM CE that was installed.

    I found ZuckerReports 1.8 and apparently it is compatible with SugarCRM CE 5.0.0h. Unfortunately, when I installed it I got the following errors:
