Cannot save inbound email configuration
Hi,
I have been trying for several hours to configure inbound email accounts on SugarCRM CE 5.0.0g, hosted in a VPS linux server (Hostmysite,com), with no luck.
I filled all the required fields on the New Account screen, then Tested the configuration with succesful result, then pressed the Save buttom and after a few seconds it appeared a blank screen and no record has been stored in inbound_email table of the database.
I also looked in sugar.log file, and no error was there.
I have tried with gmail and yahoo accounts, same result.
I have been looking for similar issues in this forum, but I couldn't find any.
Could anyone help me in solving this issue?
