Cannot save the sort order for dropdown item

Hi,

I'm using :

SUGAR OS 4.5.1b
WINDOWS Server 2003 Web Edition, Service Pack 1
IIS 6.0
PHP 4.4.2
MySQL 4.1.18-nt

I cannot save the sort order specified for a language other than en_US for dropdown items.
