Dear All,

I tried to create a note with uploading file but just couldn't see any entry after I did. It's there when I check from View Summary. Also I login with admin id, the entry with attachment is fully there. Please advise why I cannot see any with my id.

The system was just upgraded to CE 6.1 from CE 5.1.
