I resolved the issue below by running Quick Repair and Rebuild Quick Repair and Rebuild and Executing the suggested script.

Hi,
I use the Sugar e-mail cilent. After having updated today to Version 5.1.0a (Build 4837) Community Edition, I cannot see the mails in the folders: My Email, My Drafts and Sent Emails.
The patch presented below in this forum did not solve this problem. We loaded the patch file to our SugarCRM installation and the issue we experience still remains. I am really keen on good advice, as my mail is no longer accessible.
