Cannot Select Certain Items

Hey everyone,

I am having an issue with Sugar where when anyone tries to select a an account or campaign and the popup comes up to display them, the search comes up with nothing. I have attached a picture to illustrate my problem. I have tried to do a repair and haven't had any luck.

I am running Sugar 5.5.4 CE with Apache and MySQL (FastStack) on a Windows 2003 Std box.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Can you reproduce this same issue on Accounts ListView?
Take a look into sugarcrm.log at the root of your sugar instance and into error log of your web server. Hopefully you will see some error messages regarding such issue.

Thanks for the response. I tracked it down to a Teams module for CE. Thankfully, since we are testing functionality, downgrading to 5.2 has allowed us to use the module (teams are HIGHLY important for us).
