Cannot send campaign

There's nothing I seem to be able to do which will allow me to allocate a 'Use Mailbox' for my Email Marketing campaign.(Create Campaign> Email Marketing.

The wizard simply will not progress without a mailbox allocated, and Ive tried every trick to allocate one. Help please! Thanks!

After hours of not being able to fix it, I post the above message then true to Murphy's law I find how to fix it straight after that. (I went to Launch Wizard- solved the probs).
