Hello,
We have a new installation of SugarCRM that has not been customized yet. I'm trying to get the emailing portion to work and I'm able to recieve emails through POP or IMAP but I cannot send any.
I'm getting this error message: "The system is unable to send the message using the outbound email account selected in the From field. Please check the settings for the account in the Mail Accounts tab in the Settings page, or select another account to use to send the message. Click OK to return to the message.".
I verified the settings several times, I also checked the firewall and did not see any SMTP requests come in from the Sugar server.
Please help.
