cannot view Accounts relationships in Studio

Hello,

I had this problem already in CE 5.2.0.a and i just upgraded to CE 5.2.0.c.
But when i go to the Studio and i want to add a relationship for Accounts, nothing happens.

When i click Accounts, Relationships, it displays 'loading please wait, done' op top of the page and thats it..
When i do the same for an other module, it works fine.

Any help / tips ?

I now discovered, that there is still a relationship to Accounts from my custom module.
When i edit the module in module builder, theres no relationship, but when i go to Studio and i check the listview field for the custom module, it shows a field (relationship to accounts) that is not supposed to be there.

Also when i deploy the custom module, it only takes 3 seconds, when normally this took maybe 10 seconds

What are the proper procedures when things have gone wrong when intensly working on building your module? And i know thing can go wrong in Sugar...

What happens in custom\modules\my_module\Ext\Vardefs\vardefs.ext.p hp ?
There I see a history in which the account realtionship is still there.

Im not a Sugar wizzard btw

I believe you are facing any file permission trouble.
Had you installed the SugarCRM in a LAMP stack?

If yes so figure it out the user and group apache uses to get started, then run this command as root:
chown -R <the_user>.<the_group> /path/to/sugar

Thanks for the reply, im running Sugar on a WAMP localhost.
Today i did a clean Sugar install and viewing the releationships for the accounts or any other functions worked perfectly.

After installing JustCRM time and Invoice module, I think the problems start.
Now i cannot, again, see the relationships for accounts. all other modules show their relationships fine.
Also i saw a script error in Internet explorer (7), which i didnt see in Firefox (3)

It says :

Error : Syntax error
code: 0
URL: http://localhost/.../index.php?modul...ex&type=studio

I really need to add some relationships to the accounts

I hope this information gives you a better picture

Hi, checker, did you ever resolve this? I'm having exactly the same problem. I built a module & deployed it (using 5.2.0c) and lost the ability to view the relationships of the accounts module. I thought it was caused by my module so I deleted it, but still couldn't access the relationships.

When I came to this forum to look for a solution, I found your post and hint about jrcm. I'm using it too, so I disabled it and I could see the relationships again. Turn it back on and I can't.

That is clear enough!
Have a look on error log of apache.
Hopefully you will see some error messages at the tail of such file regarding the issue.
Studio uses ajax based javascript to render the screen and if some php script behind the ajax warn either notices or error message the Studio screen doesn´t work properly!.
Then contact the JustCRM developer asking for some fix.
But alternatively let us know the error message you find out.

whenever you open relationships for accounts in studio you got an error like this

when you open file in jcrminvoices/metadata/subpanels/default.php
there is two include files and two classes is there.

remove these and create two files named
SugarWidgetJCRMCreateInvoice.php
and
SugarWidgetJCRMCreateInvoiceFromTime.php

now copy the
calss SugarWidgetJCRMCreateInvoice code and paste it in SugarWidgetJCRMCreateInvoice.php

and

calss SugarWidgetJCRMCreateInvoiceFromTime code and paste it in SugarWidgetJCRMCreateInvoiceFromTime.php

code from jcrminvoices/metadata/subpanels/default.php file
and paste this in include/generic/sugarwidgets

Now you will see account relationships.

If is there any mistake in the above solution please let me know.
