    Default Cannot view notes and attachments in contacts

    Hello,
    I am working with a client who is using community 5.2.0c. The issue that we are having is that in contacts after we create note or attachment that we cannot see the note in the contacts history. WThe system accepts the notes and then goes back to the details for the contact. Where do we go to see the notes we add for a contact?

    When you go to Activities->Notes do you see it there? Is it associated to the contact? Is the logged in user's role set up to be able to list/view all notes?

    Thanks for the help! I do see them there under activities -> notes. But they don't seem to show up under the contact that we enter the note for.

    I also noticed that when you look at the note that it isn't associated with the contact that it was entered for.

    I too am having the same exact problem... it seems this problem just started today, but it started after my upgrading to 5.2c... I can see the note in activities under notes... but not in contact where I created it?
    I also see that when I go to Studio and select relationships, I get a "failed to retrieve data" at top in red for a second.

    Hi,

    Had the same problem. I could see notes and attachments in activities and also they were in the database. We found a work around: we associated all the notes and attachments with accounts that have contacts that notes and attachments were entered for.
