Can't able to Send e-mail

Hai Everybody,
Installed the SugarCE6.4.0RC2 in local machine(Windows 7) and database MySql. I used SMTP Mail Server as "smtp.gmail.com" and SMTP Port as "25". Then i send the Test mail and it received at the destination without any failure.

Now i tried to install in a machine which has Windows Server 2008R2 with the same setup but here i cant able to send any mail. The following are the Errors i got in sugarcrm.log

02/04/12 13:00:58 [3876][1][FATAL] SMTP -> ERROR:AUTH not accepted from server. Code: 530 Reply: 530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first. li19sm21234044pbb.17

02/04/12 13:00:58 [3876][1][FATAL] SugarPHPMailer encountered an error: SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.
02/04/12 13:00:59 [3876][1][FATAL] SugarPHPMailer encountered an error: SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.
02/04/12 13:00:59 [3876][1][FATAL] SugarPHPMailer encountered an error: The outbound mail server selected for the mail account you are using is invalid. Check the settings or select a different mail server for the mail account.


Anyone help me?

I changed the port number to 587 and 465 but nothing happened. Still i cant able to send any mail. Kindly give me a solution for this.

just use the GMAIL button on the screen and feed it your user name and password

Thank you for your reply. I just done the same you said but nothing happens.
I didn't receive any mail in the specified email id. The error i found in sugarcrm.log is

Help me to solve this problem

I looked my my install and I do not have a language string for 'tls' either but I do not get this error. But I do not have 6.4rc2 loaded. I would load up 6.4GA and test with that.
