Can't add a field to accounts

Hi,

I've got a problem with the german language: When I'm in the studio and try to add another field to the accounts, nothing happens.
I click on add field like I do for projects, contacts etc.
It works in all other modules but in accounts.

It also works when I switch back to english, but it doesn't work with german.

Can someone help me?

Or can you point me to some places I can start searching?

It still doesn't work after installing the new language pack ..
So - I'm still trying to figure out where the error comes from.
