can't change the index.php Theme

Hi everyone,
I can't change the login page theme of my sugar installation.

Everytime i change it in config.php file my browser always load the "SugarLite" theme, instead "Sugar" theme and sometime, when i re-open the config.php file, i have "SugarLite" for default Theme.... (??)

After loading the browser give me a viewing error:

Column : 6
Error : Object Needed
Code : 0
USR : <my sugar installation URL>/index.php?action=Login&Module=Users

After login I can view my sugar pages with "Sugar" theme, selecting it from the Theme Combobox befor confirming access credentials.

Some tachnicals details:
Sugar Ver : 4.5.1f
OS : Red Hat Fedora 6
PHP Ver : 5.1.4
Apache Ver : 2.2.0
My SQL Ver : 5.0.18

Any ideas?

I believe that the entry in the config is the default for new users / people who have not logged in before.
I think when you login with a certain theme, sugar saves this in your preferences or a cookie.
My default theme is set to Sugar but since I've changed it to Shred when I logged in, it now logs me in as Shred each time but still displays sugar in the config.php file.

thank you for the post.

I undestand what you mean but in this case we move the problem to another area.
I log-in whit Sugar theme, but my theme preference (as a cookie or profile updeate) doesn't remain.

After login i see sugar pages in Sugar Theme Layout, but the next time i try to login, the index.php give me the explaind error and have SugarLite Theme Layout.

I don't think is a cookie problem: the "error" appears on all PC's i've tried.
If "config.php" doesnt' influence the theme management for registred users, where's the problem?
Profile DB Record? Update script for updating profile?

I watched my sugarcrm log in debug mode ( uncommenting all LOG4PHP.PROPERTIES directives ) but ther's no warning and no errors....
