Can't change logo

Hi,
When I try to change my logo, all works fine untill I save the change. Then, change is not effective and this line appears 3 times (one following the other) :
Warning: file_put_contents(cache/themes/Sugar5/css/yui.css) [function.file-put-contents]: failed to open stream: Operation not permitted in /home/www/6e98dc429bf04530ce495af1594c8367/web/crm/include/utils/sugar_file_utils.php on line 143

What does it mean ?

You should check the file access rights in your installation. Seems it is not possible to store the logo file in your Sugar (sub)directory.

thank you for answering, but this does not handle the problem. I know about these permission issues and already tried this solution.

What do you mean exactly by "system informations" ?
What I can say is that the provider is Infomaniak (CH), and the server use Linux.
They have a security factor quiet annoying : every files created or modified by a script on the server becomes the server's property.
Thus, lots of troubles and chmod mandatory after each script execution.

if you have environment like that, setup acl's if you can and propagate them on your sugar folder to allow rwx to appropriate user/group otherwise contact your provider.

if you have problems with that , you can make direct upload to logo.
custom/themes/default/images/company_logo.png.

I checked but unluckily, the provider refuse to change this setting.

That's what I did. Just that does not handle the cause. Apparently, my provider's security settings generate a lot of problems with Sugar ...

If your provider does not allow you to change the file permissions to fit Sugar's needs you'll always have big problems with SugarCRM because many actions in this software result in file changes. Almost every configuration of your system needs writing and/or creating files in different sub directories of you Sugar installation path. Uploaded documents will be stored into cache directory. Just to mention some examples.
