Can't Configure Email in Sugarcrm, please help.

Hi, I'm having trouble configuring Yahoomail in sugarcrm 5.2c. whenever I test the settings it always return me with the result Login or Password incorrect. And whenever I try to save it it return me a message of errors wee detected and the Username upto Mail Server Port are highlighted in Red. What's the problem here? I understand that in Username you will put your yahoomail address without the "@yahoo.com", and the mail server protocol should be: pop.mail.yahoo.com, Mail Server Protocol is set to POP3, mail server port is in the default 110 when the SSL is unchecked. I also double checked my password. So, what could be the problem here? Can anyone help me. Thanks.

Can you post the exact error message that you're getting?

These are the error messages. The first two screenshots are when SSL is unchecked and the second two screenshots are when SSL is checked.

If your yahoo authenticated username is xxx@yahoo.com, then that's what you need to put into the username

so what i have to do is i will not remove the "@yahoo.com" on my username, is that it? well, anyway i'll try it. Thanks for your help.

okay, so i have tried it but still i got the same result. is this affected by the untangle software on our gateway?
