Can't Create Accounts/Opportunities Assigned to Certain Users

We're not able to create or duplicate accounts or opportunities if certain users are in the 'assigned to' field
It seems like it works with newer users but not older users. Sugar was upgraded recently (shortly before I came aboard). I don't know which version it was upgraded from.



Sugar version 4.5.1
PHP version 5.1.6
MySQL version 5.0.26

I believe that issue is due user preferences set to the older users.
Try to reset the user preferences of the older users to default and test again.
