Dear all,

I'm having a problem now with SugarCRM. I can't create new user.
When I create a new user, I got an error message say:

"Query Failed:INSERT into users set id='813ca30e-19f9-9758-3d1a-4549525129fb', user_name='test', first_name='test', last_name='nguyen', reports_to_id=null, is_admin='off', receive_notifications='1', description=null, date_entered='2006-11-02 02:04:44', date_modified='2006-11-02 02:04:44', modified_user_id='1', created_by='1', title=null, department=null, phone_home=null, phone_mobile=null, phone_work=null, phone_other=null, phone_fax=null, email1=null, email2=null, status='Active', address_street=null, address_city=null, address_state=null, address_country=null, address_postalcode=null, user_preferences='Array', deleted='0', portal_only='0', is_ldap_user='0', employee_status='Active', messenger_id=null, messenger_type='MSN', is_group='0'::MySQL error 1054: Unknown column 'is_ldap_user' in 'field list'"

Then I go to Diagnostic Tool to execute a diagnostic, it can only run uptp 17% and had an Fatal Error say:
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mysql_client_encoding() in /var/www/html/SugarCRM/modules/Administration/DiagnosticRun.php on line 371"

What can I do now to solve my problem ?
