I just freshly installed 6.1.3 on Windows using the stack installer. The database itself if from another installation on Linux.

For some reason, I am unable to make additions to the drop down list, at least for Leads. I am able to delete from the list, but not add new entries. It makes no difference if I am logged in as myself (with administator rights) or using the 'administrator' login.
Any thoughts?
