Cant find Calendar

My Environment:
Windows 2003 Server
Apache 2.2.2
PHP 5.1.4
MySQL 4.1.21
SugarCRM OpenSource 4.2.1b
German language Pack

I did my first install of sugarCRM. Worked like charm. Everything seems to be correct .... everything? No, not everything. Just one little Tab is missing.
I cant find the Calendar. There is no Tab, and i did not find anything in the admin menu. Looking in the manual i only found how to use it, but i cant use it if it is not there. The first 5 sites of searching for Calendar in this Forum did not help, too.
Am i blind, or what did i miss?

*Edit: Forgot to mention that i installed the german language pack. Edit at environment.

I installed SugarCRM again and populated with demo data.
Now the calendar is there. If someone has an explanation it would be a pleasure for me anyway.
