Can't find custom/Extension/modules/Accounts

Hello,

There are several customizations that seem to require placing files in the custom/Extension/modules/[modulename] folder. However, I can't find folders here for any of the standard modules (Accounts, contacts, leads, etc). Did something go wrong in the installation? I've tried simply creating the directories I need, and repairing the extensions, but it screws up the CRM. What am I missing here?

If the folder is not there, you would need to create it manually.

Can you define: "screws up the CRM?"
