Hi!

I have a user who wants to forward some mail out of Sugar (email address abc@invisik.com) to their other address (xyz@invisik.com) which is located outside of Sugar. We go through the motions of forwarding an e-mail to the second address but it never arrives. We can forward e-mails to other domains just fine (like xyz@gmail.com). I tried it under my Sugar account as well with the same result.

Any idea why this doesn't work or what might need to be tweaked?
