Can't load file in edit form

Hi, I have sugar 6.1 with modernaqua theme and my own module. This module is linked to other as dashlet.

I attached screenshots for explanations:

1. I create a note with "create" button.
2. In create page "file upload" field is looks ok. I not use this field, but I need to change my not later and upload file.
3. I see my note and push "edit"
4. In "edit" page I have no "file upload" filed.

What difference between "create" and "edit" forms? AND How to fix this problem?

just add a file type in the following path ----
module/Modulename/vardefs.php

VardefManager::createVardef('modulename','modulena me', array('basic','assignable','file'));
