Can't login

I am a new user the install went well, when I got to the login in page my user name and password was valid.
Below is a screen shot of the error message.The user name and password is correct when I was prompted to give that information I also wrote it down.

I am having this same issue and have raised a case with Sugar support as it is happening much more frequently.
