Can't login after install

Hi,

I have installed the version 6.31 on IIS and Ms SQL. During the install, i had no problem.
Now when i try to log in, I have a page with just the licence information (as you can see on picture attached).
So I can't log in because user and password field does not appear.

I try to connect from IE9, Chromium 14, Firefox 9.

There is someone to help me ?

Double check error log of IIS and sugarcrm.log.
