Can't modify new role

Hi Guys,

I'm using SugarCRM CE Version 5.5.0 (Build 6653) and I am having a problem setting up a role. I needed to create a role that allows a general user to have access to their own data but not that of others. I created the new role without incident but when I try to edit the "Not Set" values in the drop-down cells to "Owner" the only value available in the drop-down is "Not Set".

How do I get the other values to show up in the drop-down so I can select the correct setting of my choice?
