Can't open leads - not clickable

I can not open lead. Leads in the Lead list are not clickable. The only way to open (and convert) them is through the Info icon on the Lead list. I have added some custom fields. Might this be the reason?

Here is the problem: only [name] is clickable, and not [account_name], which I use in the Lead list. Problem solved.
