Can't open notes after backup

Hi,

I backup my CRM and move it to other machine. I realized that I have problem with Notes after backup. When I add note it can't be opened from CRM. Also it is not possible to open old notes in new CRM .
I compared both databases and see difference when edit same records from tables notes.In old db at field ID function is UUID, in new one is empty. When change that field to UUID and try to open that note it said Invalid file reference

Could you try to create a new note? Are you talking about the attached file to a note?

Yes, I am talking about attachments.
I can create note and add attachment, but then can not open it. It said:

File not found

Firefox can't find the file at http://myip/mycrm/index.php?entryPoi...0eb&type=Notes.

* Check the file name for capitalization or other typing errors.

* Check to see if the file was moved, renamed or deleted.

Check the 'upload_dir' in config.php, go to that folder and check permissions on that. Double check that your uploaded file exists there.

atachments are there. /Upload owner is nobody, create and delete files

Check apache error log for more information. It seems that user cannot read files.

I set permissions like it is said at link. No change

error.log is empty. Did I look at right place? /var/log/apache2/error.log in Ubuntu

Yes, it is a right place. Try accessing the file directly from the place it is located.

if you think on attachment file, I can access directly on server machine and with url http://myip/mycrm/cache/upload/filename
filename is like 1b2b3698-e2ac-5dc1-5a43-4d6287d448a1
CRM is at my localhost
