Do you have any custom code that might be interfering with a save? Have you tried putting your logging on info or debug and seeing if you can get more information about what's happening when you hit save?

Hi,
It's just a normal edit screen. Just trying to play with it. I am trying to complete more information section. After I type the info. and hit save button, there is a postback and shows me back the same normal screen with account details with the same old data.
Thanks
don't know where to look for errors. trying it for the first time. I have checked bugs table. However, nothing s been changed in there.
thanks
Any Help???
Try running a Quick Repair/Rebuild by selecting Admin > Repair within Sugar.
If that doesn't work, take a look at the sugarcrm.log file in the root directory of your install. That might have additional clues.

Hi Angel,
Tried to edit the account info again and after hitting the save button, I checked sugarcrm.log file and got a new entry - 09/22/10 09:40:47 [3012][1][FATAL] SQL Server error: Invalid column name 'ID'.
Does this makes any sense to you?
