Can't save a modified record

Hello,
since 2 days, and time to time, no way to edit a record : save button is dead. Only the cancel button work.

I didn't do any change in Sugar these last 2 days. I use Version 6.1.4 (version de construction 5822).

Try performing a Quick Repair via Admin > Repair > Quick Rebuild and Repair.

I've seen this happen when custom fields get misaligned and the repair usually corrects it.

If that doesn't help, take a look at the sugarcrm.log file in the root of your sugar install and see if there are any errors logged within it.

I found several lines like this :
"Fri Apr 8 11:26:17 2011 [11890][1][FATAL] Error fetching relationship from cache products_accounts"
Is this the problem ? What does it mean ? What can be the solution ?

The problem is going on and is a bit fancy : it seems to appear at random, however new record or modified record, but not all.
Just some buttons does not operate no more, time to time. Strange.
Same in the studio.
Bug with 6.1.4 ?

Hello Zicrob,

The error you are seeing in the sugarcrm.log, is not really an error. It is only notifying that this relationship couldnt be found in cache. So it just recreats it again and that's it. It happens to me too in the same 6.1.4 version. You can ignore it.

As for the button, my first approach would be to try it in differente browsers. I am having trouble with the last version of Firefox, and also with IE 9. Chrome seems to work ok so far.
And besides making a quick repair, you should also try to fix JS files. That is an option you have a little further downwards in the same page where you have the repair link.
