Can't Schedule Call in Firefox

For several days now, I haven’t been able to make an entry for Schedule Call under Activities. I click on "Schedule Call" and the “Start Date & Time” field shows, but it shows the first number of the time too. For example, today it’s showing an extra “1” after the date, which I believe is the “1” for “10:00” – the time, which isn’t supposed to be included in that field.

I click on the calendar icon to change the date and nothing happens. If I try to manually add the date, I click in the field, delete the default date, but it doesn’t let me type anything beyond the date. It won’t let me type in the time for the call as well and a time is required in order to save the entry. The drop-downs for the hour and the minutes are missing.

I see the time fields working in IE but not in Firefox -- the browser I've been using almost exclusively with Sugar for over a year.

Any ideas?

What is the version of your sugar?
Did you install any package or update code by hand?

There are major problems with firefox4 and quickforms in sugar

It should be ok using full form

I tend to use chrome which works better
