Can't see contact email history in history of account

Hi all,

I'm testing using a free 30day sugarondemand account with a view to going with the Pro version. All is going well and I've been making use of the university and searching the forum / docs / wiki to answer most questions.

However, I can't seem to get my head around history and emails.

I'm using the Outlook plugin to archive emails to a contact, and that contact is attached to an account. The history in the contact shows the email, but not the history of the account.

Am I missing something here? I'd really like to be able to see a full history of all communications with a client at the account level as well as seeing specific communication with a contact at the contact level.

This is exactly what I'm looking for too... how to view all emails for contacts within accounts on the account level/tab?

Hi derekf,
We've found that to look at archived email at both the account and contact level, when you archive through the sugar plugin, you should highlight the account and contact on the popup (after clicking on "Archive to Sugar").
