Can't see email attachments

I haven't been able to view email attachments for a couple of Sugar releases. I don't know when exactly it broke, but it's been this way for a few months now.

Upgrading to 4.2 didn't work. in fact, sending emails with attachments broke completely. The 4.2.1 patch fixed email sending, and I can finally see the attachments - yeah! But, old sent emails still don't show any attachments. This is quite frustrating when trying to review account/contact histories.

Has anyone else experienced this?
